Instant Pot Spaghetti & Meatballs
Meatballs, or ground beef cooked & crumbled
1 Tbsp olive oil
Place olive oil in bottom of Instant Pot and set to ‘sauté’. After 2 minutes press ‘cancel’ . Add meatballs or ground beef.
8 oz. spaghetti, broken in half
2 Tbsp olive oil, sprinkled on spaghetti
1 jar, 24 oz spaghetti sauce
3 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Add ingredients in order given. Place lid on & set top knob to ‘sealing’. Set to pressure cook for 9 minutes. When time is finished do a quick release.
Open Instant Pot & stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Let spaghetti sit for 5 minutes and it will absorb some of the liquid.

That's a real quick way to enjoy home cooked spaghetti and meatballs and I make it at home myself using the brand HOME COOKED
frozen meatballs, Angel hair or Ziti pasta and sauce from my local ITALIAN deli that is way better than jarred sauce.......I'm not a fan of short spaghetti as LYDIA BASTANIVICH says : Do not break or add oil to your pasta.....It's a NO-NO.....I can see why you did it and if that's
the way you do it, It's fine with me and probably LYDIA too.......Make it the way you like to make it is the best way......Chow from NORM..
