Giving her band 7 is actually an accurate decision. You guys should check the speaking criteria. In this mock test her pronunciation was actually outstanding. It was natural and caused no difficulties in understanding her ideas. She deserves 8 in pronunciation sector. Her fluency is also consistent so it should be ranging from 7 to 7.5

Grammar and vocab are not the only criterias. You also need to pay attention at pronunciation, task response, and intonation.
