Penrith 1961

Video of Penrith in 1961 and by the sound of the narration this version was put together about 1977-78, made by the BBC Club Cine Section. Quality and sound is not too good as the VHS tape that I have it on has deteriorated over time. Original VHS tape belonged to Father & Mother in Law, Norman & Bet Furnass.
