Great video. Always looking for new concepts to try and apply. I been reading a lot lately, and active reading analog then digitize. 2nd Brain method, but I Still Try to implement what I am learning daily. Making things to do easier. I keep a book right by my house on the computer so it reminds me everytime I start scrolllllllllling to wrap it up and grab the book. Cues i think is what it is in Atomic Habits. Love your videos.
