My cordless seniors changed the game for me. I have the corded and cordless seniors, the magic clips and the legends and my cordless are by far my favorite. Especially comparing to the corded seniors the cordless are much more comfortable due to the size being smaller and they feel way more solid and powerful than the magic clip
Is the magic clipper any good ? Im starting a barbering course and the guy on the course is trying to persuade me to buy some gamma clippers but ive always been a wahl guy. Would you say to go with seniors ?

I did this bought the Andis Envy Li, it has amazing battery life like 6-8 cuts because of the li battery, and it's very light weight and a bit more forgiving, then i put the wahl senior blade on my Envy and now it's a beast, i can use both andis and wahl guards on it.
I'm an Andis guy but this clipper right here is the best thing on the market, hands down!!!!!
Hello . Just a simple question about this cordless machine. When the battery Dies ,Does it still works normally by plugging in the cord? Or you need a new battery by time.?

You can put the tomb45 battery in the cordless seniors or the cordless magic clips it bumps up the cordless runtime to 1.5 hours
The original run time according to box is 80 minutes(1hr 20 min). Are you saying altering with tomb45 battery will add an additional 1.5 hours or just 10 extra minutes?

What do you expect if they only hab a battery instead of a cable. supra zr2 and oster octane hab detachble battery and yoe can buy 5 batterys for it.

You can use it with a cord. And you can easily replace the battery with a higher capacity one.

The machines doesn’t affect how much hair is cut off it’s the blade thag does that, the Wahl Cordless Senior comes with the fade blade so that one technically cuts shorter
I jus got my wahl cordless senior and the lever came in loose do yk wat could b wrong? I tightened it but when I turned it on it slow got loose again

Price point is not worth it compared to the magic clip cordless. A slightly stronger motor if at all isn't gonna make a huge difference for the price. Wahl crazy with their price points.

the cord still lasts longer than those chinese batteries... cordless has it in the comfort department but doubt it can be as powerful as the corded versions (same motor and internals) in this day and age.

Andis are so many years behind Wahl in my opinion. Here in the U.K Andis dont even sell. You can walk in any hair product retailers and Andis are always on offer just to try get people to buy there products. Cheaply made and nastt compared to what wahl are putting out right now!

661 Choppin I wouldn’t mind owning a master but I chose the senior over it. I heard the masters aren’t as powerful and are heavy and get hot really fast. Idk if that’s true. If I take long to cut with the seniors they can get hot as hell too.
crf450r bullet david Andis masters do get hot but so as the senior so I use them for to different reasons I use the seniors for bulk removal and the master for fading but it opens up to a true number 1 and fades much better

These were a let down SMH even when zero gapped they don't get as close as my corded senior blending isn't as good as reg five star senior

I cut with both the Magic Clip and the Cordless Senior. The only difference that can be definitively said about them is that the Seniors are heavier, made of a different material, which is why the vibration makes you feel as if they are more powerful and the moving blade.
Wahl, like everyone else has gimmicks and the Stagger-tooth blade on the MCs is one of them. Tell me, why would anyone be surprised that the Seniors cut better, when the MCs come with a blade in where every other blade is only about half as long? You figure half of the blades make contact with the hair first, and the staggered blades being short, half-ass assist. That is why they feel like they don't glide through hair, like the Cordless Senior counterpart. All you need to do is go to the store and get yourself a Wahl: 2-hole blade, with Deep-Tooth blades. It is for this reason that the Cordless Senior is a waste of time, other than because you simply want it, or because you don't already have the current version of the Magic Clip, as the previous version isn't quite as good.
That’s kinda what I was thinking for those that already had the magic clip. I haven’t used the 100th anniversary senior but I’m sure it’s the same..

guys don't buy that ggo to wall mart and grab the lithium ion pro cordless clippers the are only $50 bucks and is the same motor with quick charge and it comes with all the color guards and a free trimmer and the precission blade that is a fade blade and you can cero gaped it if you change the screws and is a awesome clipper for half price

Wahl could've stepped it up to a 2hr runtime instead of stepping it down to 70mins..

I just bought a set at sallys. 101.88 total with pro discount. Last ones left. I also got andis masrers black labels for 70$ and oster 76ers vibrant edition for 65$. Sallys is the shit. But I had to grab this edition. This title is a little misleading. The 1/2 and 1 1/12 guides that come with this is fukn amazing. You're not suppose to beat the customer or abuse your tools soooo...yah. oster are the only traditional barber clippers so I dont care if oster goes wireless on the 76ers. It's the feeling of being traditional and a kid again in the barbershop. Remembering how every barber had corded clippers. Andis should make 1 master set cordless but that's all. They already have the cordless blackouts. Wahls are the shit. You can buy the 16$ corded color set and modify the blades with the exact taper and fade blades on the 5 stars. Im fukn happy I got the last pair. Nahhhh bro. The cordless wahl seniors are at least a 9. No joke bru bruh.
Also the only guides a barber needs are 1/2, 1, 11/2. Everything else is clipper/scissor over comb. Much love to all the barbers.

This isnt true the cordless senior has a different motor than the rest and it more powerful furthermore wahl has many divisions each clipper has similarities however...some have different different blades and belong to different divisions 5 star animal sterling and wahl...these clippers were released in uk first because us always launches everything here first were in over 160 countries...it was a first price point for premium gaurds OS height not a cheap item ...runtime...price point and longevity..the performance all factor in with also size of motor speed and few other factors trust me 1919 we will have alot of surprises.. limited edition only so many made... once sold they're gone.....
It's hard to know if it is in fact stronger than the Magic Clip, because it has a metallic body, whereas the MC has a plastic body....you couldn't simply feel the vibration to know if either were different, outside of their moving blades. As for the motor, there is a ring around the motor casing in the Cordless Senior, so you can't read the motors model number. I have cut with both and while the CS "feels" better, my fade time was the same with either. I did notice a bit of difference between the fades, but that could have been either the cutting blade, the weight difference, or both at play.
Finally, someone else besides myself who sees what Wahl is doing. They are selling THE SAME clipper with different fancy housings, thus making it seem like a whole different clipper. All Wahl professional clippers cut the same using the same blade and motor.
I want to see a barber cut a black person hair with these clippers. It seems to me that the motor is weaker than a corded Wahl clippers...!?
