ICYMI last week, I started a new mini-series focussing on the lifts at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow! Episode 1 is up now, go watch it, exciting stuff to come in this series and each video will be more enjoyable with the knowledge from watching the previous! :D ruclips.net/video/hZ7PKRDHksg/видео.html
I liked how the MP fixtures looked like, kinda interesting. MP lifts kinda remind me of Orona as both lift companies are from Spain, relies on companies to distribute them outside Spain (Triangle Lift Services for Orona, and I did see an MP installed by Pickerings before, its the one in London at Boots ig). There is only 1 MP lift in Kuwait that is filmed by me, idk about the other MP lifts. Speaking about such things, SEC (SEC is not from Spain, but from Slovenia) apparently had an installation in Kuwait, not sure i guess.
orona have been installing their stuff themselves for quite a while now but certainly the 2000s and early 2010s was their distribute them to others era, mainly ACE lifts but with the odd appearance of smaller companies like triangle or liftwise or others that are even less known. Pickerings install a lot of MP nowadays, a far cry from where they used to be when they actually made their own lifts
Ahhh yes I remember seeing that Silverstone lift on Ted's Notebook back in the day, nice to see what it looks like inside. You may already know this and if so I apologise but these are newer MP (MacPuarsa) lifts - love the design but I agree they should be a little quicker!
Had no idea one of the Silverstone ones featured on Ted's notebook as I don't have sky but that's cool! MP was my theory but I hadn't seen this specific design before so I wasn't 114% sure on it at the time lol. Not the biggest fan of the design tbh, indicator gives cheap lift vibes with such giant segments like that 😂
Very possible that they could have put one of these in, Liftec are just another small company that buy in third party lifts like these MacPuarsa models and install them under their name. Didn't actually realise Liftec were still around lol haven't heard much about them in quite some time
@@tjlifts4068 supporting mercedes because i'm a Lewis fan so it looks like i'll also be supporting ferrari next year when he moves there lol. I do like mclaren too, always nice to see them do well and both lando and oscar are doing brilliant for them at the moment
@@ZZ9ProductionsOFFICIAL I’m Assuming u went this year? For a Lewis Fan that was a great one to watch. This year we were standing at vale and we had passes to go on the track and watch the podium and pit lane. It was a one in a lifetime experience

Not really a fan of MP (Mac Phuarsa) lifts though. Orona would've been better IMO cause at least that one doesn't takes ages to level.
orona would have definitely looked nicer and probably would have levelled quicker too although some oronas can take their time with that too
I could swear i saw this indicator on a cheap lift with the name of "Liftec"
