The simple answer is this … If the property has a great location, looks great and appears to be priced correctly to the buyers mind …‘then the property will sell. In today’s market the opposite is also true … over priced / lower condition properties sit around.

I understand your concern but if you think RUclips is responsible for the influx of foreign investment, think again. The Dominican government is spending large amounts to promote and support tourism and foreign investment. If the government didn’t want people coming, they’d shut down the incentives which are many. I was conflicted about sharing info for a while too. Then I realized that even without what I share, people are buying like crazy. I may be appealing to some but no way I’m responsible for all that. Let’s just hope there are measures in place to limit the development and to protect the local people, the culture and the natural environment.

Deslinde is the particular title I'm referring to - make sure it's in order. Property is fully transferable: sale, inheritance, etc.
