This video is a recording from our 13th ICPS International Conference. It was held at the Himeji Citizens Hall in Himeji City, Japan, May 26-28, 2023. The conference was hosted by the Japanese Carnivorous Plant Society (JCPS) with the cooperation of the Kansai Carnivorous Plant Society (KCPS), the Tokai Carnivorous Plant Society (TCPS) and the Hiroshima Carnivorous Plant Society (HCPS).

Abstract: Carnivorous plants are generally considered deadly traps for insects. However, a certain number of specialized insect species has adapted to live on carnivorous plants, either as herbivores, mutualists, or
kleptoparasites. In this talk, all currently known insect groups living on Drosera species around the world will be shown and their biology will be discussed.
