Also it’s a good tip to balance the tires after you prep the tires just in case you have to sand your tires. If you balance the tires then sand them after the same tires will no longer be balanced the same anymore for you removed material from the tires.
I had a tire and wheel combo that was so out of balance, that I actually had to use fishing weights to balance the system. And superglue wouldn't hold up at any play. I had to use JB Weld to afix it. BTW it was just for bashing but holy hell was it out of wack.
I dill a hole for adjusting camber (pillow balls).. keep wheels on.... plus an old rc plane trick was to scrape the propeller blades to balance them. Makes for a lighter wheel. I never understood adding weight.
Thumps up Adam been in the game long time and all pro driver's Ive been racing since the 90s pro driver's really never talk about there setups back then funny thing is people can have all the same products as pro driver but when you put your vehicle on the track and pro half way around the track and you just on 2nd jump you be like what the -------. Thanks for tips .

👍cheers Adam
Cheers, hope all is well!
@@AdamDrake alls good Adam 👍
I dont ever see anyone really doing this. Is it really a standard?
Most don't worry about it. It can make a difference though.
@@wolf16731Totally agree with that.
It depends on the brand of tires you use. With most it’s not super critical, but it is something that’s good to check to be on the safe side.
