Makes zero sense, cuz Zelda doesn't have her stone she literally swallowed it in the past and was the light dragon the whole time and link and the other 2 revived Zelda and now she's back in her human form, what type of fantasy you livin in?
If this glitch is able to be done on 1.2.1 or similar version, it may let you keep the infinite and powered up master sword from the fight. Super interesting and hilarious glitch lol was wondering if leaving this fight would be possible for so long
That's actually already possible in every version of the game. Suishi made a video explaining how to do it and it doesn't have the limitations that a method using this would have.
I always think it's interesting to see how certain scripted events go when you break out of those scripts and see how things react to it. Didn't expect to see Zelda glitch out like that. Also what about the state of the game where Zelda is falling after the battle? Does she just perpetually stay in the air like that, or does she unload when you go too far and/or go into a shrine and the game returns to 'normal' when you go back to where she is/was?

It was an expected answer, but I was low key hoping that maybe the Zelda fall sequence would simply start over again but without Link and you could just see her fall again. On cases like this, people find it because they think "what would happen if I go off script here?" From there the question would be if glitching out an object to be on Link's way would stop him. Another would be someone knowing a glitch that can freeze objects midair, so they thought "what if I freeze it on a place that would block a scripted event?" Many of these kind of glitch are discovered by knowing other other glitches and playing with them to see what happen if you use them to brake the game's sequences
If you accidentally start diving in the mini game portion, you can just move away from the island to fail. It’s not a softlock. I learned this the hard way, because the video said not to press A or R, but pressing X to jump off will also cause Link to dive
Something that I wonder, what would happen if you save the game after losing a Heart Container by taking damage with the "Gloom fireballs"? Would the heart container be lost forever, or the game would revert back to the original amounts of hearts?
Unfortunately, the hearts will then come back. It is actually just an illusion that you lose hearts forever, but they are actually just faded out. You can also tell this by the fact that if you lose all but one of your hearts and then die with a fairy, you will have 4 hearts again.

Sadly no, you only have Moonjump during the catch Zelda sequence, but you don't have to die in the shrine, and you can explore the map with Moonjump instead.
Zelda tries to get you back to the surface and simply flies through all the walls. But as soon as the surface gets loaded, Zelda unloads and you land back on the roof of the depths and after a short time Zelda is back and tries to catch you again.
No, unfortunately you can't summon the companions during the Demon Dragon boss fight, but if you haven't started a dungeon quest yet, you can probably find them in their villages.
No, it doesn't have to be the Hylian shield, but it's easier because you have to play through the game without breaking your shield and the Hylian shield has by far the most durability.

I don't think that it is possible on 1.2.1 yet, because I haven't heared of a way to zuggle in 1.2.1. But maybe it will be found sometime.
The powered master sword is controlled by an event and is not stored with the master sword

At some point Zelda bumps into an invisible barrier and stops falling. Once you have been in a shrine, you can no longer see her.

What if you return to where you fought Ganondorf in the depths? Is that still there, or will he just be gone?
You can get there, but the trigger for the Demonking army doesn't work, so you can't start the boss fight :(

Try duping it by zuggeling it. The Hylian shield is not required, you can use any other shield as long as you make sure to not break it.
