Strange... on the drawing, two qubits are going to Bob instead of one as mentioned in the title. Maybe Bob receives one qubit which is output of Alice target CNOT and goes to input of control of Bob's CNOT. Second Qubit on Bob's CNOT is then set to 0.

Both qubits are at Charlie then 1st qubit goes to Alice and 2nd goes to Bob. Alice manipulates her qubit and then she mails it to Bob's place where Bob measures it. I think. Right?
