And that's a wrap on Season One of our #ArtistsReact series! Stay tuned for Season Two and let us know which Indian artists we should recommend next! Leave a link to your music video suggestions below.
Rolling stones makes k artist react but its me who ends up finding new good music i only explore in korean music industry I'm definitely guilty abt not looking inside our music but anyways thanks rolling stones india
You don't ever have to feel guilty about music. It has no boundaries nor languages. So listen to what makes you happy. However, that being said there are independent bands in India that don't get much attention and they are really great! Yes not everyone know about them but not your mistake again because k-pop on whole has become very popular. It's not that you will not support the Indian bands if you knew about them 🤗 So listen, explore moreover stay happy.
Ya'. Same here. Like all 3 of these band were so awesome. I specially loved the lyrics of The last band's Song. It was soooooóo deep. 🤧 I feel like crying . Every word every line hit me Like a TRUCK 🤧🤧🤧💜💓💓💓💓💟💜💜💜💜💟💟💟
As an Indian Black Rose... The amount of respectful curiosity Woosung emanated was so endearing... I've always loved him but it just took my affection towards him to a whole new level
when woosung said “are there any subtitles ? i want to see the lyrics” i felt that. When i like the music i immediately want to read the lyrics too !! (its so weird that the lyrics always tend to resonate with me)
I'm a Black Rose and I found it really endearing how Woosung was really curious about the sitar and wanted to learn more 😊 I used to play a little bit as a teen but couldn't find a regular teacher so I gave it up. I think he'd be amazing if he learned to play. Anyway I'm happy with the recommendations they showed him, great picks!
It might seem like bit of an impulse, but I want to learn the sitar as well. My mother learnt the sitar and almost reached the level of an expert, but she had to leave it behind. I think Indian musical instruments are really underrated, especially ones that create different sounds entirely, like the sitar.
I am a fan of both the rose & the local train and watching Woosung reacting and enjoying Indian bands is something really great to watch. I hope he will explore more of Indian music 😍👍
Forget Sammy, heck I AM impressed with the Sitar maestro. Taking a classical instrumental like Sitar and fusing its sound with rock genre. Kudos to you Sir! Fame the Band, I'm gonna chek that song out. The Local Train, they're great. Really appreciate Rolling Stone for bringing Woosung -a korean band artist to react to Indian bands.
As an Indian I am glad that I knew two of the bands, and as a multistan I am glad that I know and stan The Rose and Woosung. For those who doesn't know The Rose released their new song few days ago, do check it out !! Thank you rolling stone for this. 🦋
Each state of India have some incredible bands. Look deeper and you will discover a lot. I grew up listening to "Mohiner ghoraguli" the first band of Bengal. Then there's "Bhumi" , "Cactus", "Fossils" many more. We are so focused in international culture that we forget to explore what we already have.
first off seriously GREAT PICKS! came for Woosung, stayed for the bands- literally also, i learned sarod for some months in college since i was always interested in Indian classical instruments but had to give up cause of stupid pandemic :') this really made me wanna try learning to play again if i can some time-
Indian blackrose here , thank you so much for having Woosung and recommending those songs to him. Honestly I love these kind videos because it introduces a lot of artists and songs I don't know as well. I remember the first time I heard sorry and instantly fell in love with it after 15 seconds of the video 😭😭goshhhh they're a blessing to my ears♥️
Even i did a similar comment somewhere saying "you'll listen them once and then you'll instantly become their fan" bro i heard "She's In The Rain" last February (2022) and instantly fall for their music😭😭 even lyrics are ❣️💔🥺
@@infinity8982 she's in the rain is my all time favourite. The lyrics just hit different. It's okie dude you listen to kpop you already got a great music taste and well talking about Indian music it's just aesthetic on the another level
See when you listen to Indian classical music you automatically get the Indian nod 😂
Right I was like bobbling his head like a true Indian 🤣🤣🤣

Gosh I just noticed that 💀
This was so fun and interesting, as an Indian I'm not familiar with Indian bands either, I had the same reactions as him.

The " one two three drums" got me. He is just too cute.
He was bamboozled when they didn’t play out hehehe
The guy on Sitar here is a master, he must have played it for a long time.
I am a fan of both the rose & the local train and watching Woosung reacting and enjoying Indian bands is something really great to watch. I hope he will explore more of Indian music 😍👍

The Local Train, they're great.
Really appreciate Rolling Stone for bringing Woosung -a korean band artist to react to Indian bands.
it is so innovative the fact that they fused sitar and metal together so sick
17:19 Fame the band seems so underrated, yes. The views are 25k , and it's sad. I'm glad Woo liked it.
Like, really? Their level of talent is much so higher than what they are getting in return. They need recognition!
This is my first time hearing indian BANDS and so happy to bump onto the local train, def gonna check them out
Check out Trance Effect from Nagaland. Actually Nagaland haa plethora of good musicians that we are missing out on.
