Defective battery - twice! I purchased my Corrale in March 2020 and it stopped working in 2021. Dyson indicated the battery issue was not repairable and they sent a a refurbished unit as a replacement. The replacement had the same battery issue and died in March 2023. Spent $500 on a device that didn’t even last 3 full years.

Very unusual, they always repair or replace for new if still on warranty. I have a vacuum for years now and the hair dryer has no issues whatsoever either with the product or customer service

@@dripmal7469 They replaced once with a refurbished unit but they said they can’t do a second replacement once that one broke down. Went to BBB and that didn’t help either.
