2016 DS5 BlueHDI (180hp) - DRIVE & SOUND (60FPS)

As many of you had asked for it, I can finally present a short DRIVE & SOUND test with the "facelifted" 2015 / 2016 (Citroen) DS5 powered by the range topping Blue HDI diesel delivering 180 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The engine as well as the whole car made a good step forward to the pre-facelift DS5 as there is more power, better power-delivery and a very comfortable ride on the Autobahn and country roads. Within town the suspensions sometimes tends to be a bit nervous but overall the DS5 is a very premium, high quality build vehicle that really becomes interesting once you personalize it to your own preference. I used to be an only BMW man, but this car changed my mind completely, it feelz better than the 5 series, just so much more stylish. The 2.0 auto pulls like a train and on the autobahn it simply eats the miles. Well done citroen 👋buh bye BMW

After some years after the last comment on this video. This car is not from this earth! If this car had a MB/BMW/Audi batch in the front grill it will be awesome, but because does not have, I saw the most stupid comments about it, not premium, a lot of buttons, a lot of windows, basic materials-wtf! This car is unique in his segment thats the reason that you dont find a replacement for this car Good job Mr. Automann-TV Alles besten, MfG aus Bayern!

My stopwatch counted 9.20 seconds to 100km/h. I think you should count till 105 km/h as the speedometer is 5% optimistic. Still, with a decent launch(unlike the gentle start of yours), 8.40 seconds should be within reach. How is the ride quality?

Hallo Automann! Ich hatte dich letztens um deine Meinung gebeten welches Auto das bessere ist...Audi sq5 plus oder Porsche Macan s Diesel. Ich muste feststellen das mir die Leistung nicht ausgereicht hat (im Macan) und der Mehrpreis für weniger Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt erschien! Ich wollte mich für deine Meinung bedanken! Ich würde berichten ob es die richtige Entscheidung war! Lg

Great car but that automatic gearbox is a weak spot.. such a shame.. both with C5 and 508, great cars great engines but automatics are holding them back..
