This is so far the only low quality knowledge which i have seen getting uploaded by nptel. Kindly have your patience and read the following before making any conclusion. The whole of lecture was nothing more than merely a ppt reading.One who can access you tube for online learning can also access Google to download texted material from better and more popular sources.I watched the whole video patiently and the lecture imparted on "Tolerance Stack" and "Tolerance on Radius" were very insipid from my point of view.Is that much only what one is supposed to know about tolerance stack? Not even the fundamental was covered.The whole of discussion was made in a generalized basis with key words missing perhaps.I surely don't know more than the professor and that's not my point of concern.I respect the professor but as a learner i really expected more. I regularly follow NPTEL videos and they serve as a boon for students all around the world.Even GATE and IES toppers have said that NPTEL videos are worth watching especially for those who do self study and that's why we expect so much from NPTEL lecture session.I know they can't just keep solving "n" number of problems in their lecture session to make students understand the concept but at least fundamental quality lecture is the most sought one and for some topics which really require a few problem solving, they must be covered in the similar fashion. If any reader feels that i am disrespecting NPTEL lectures then kindly don't feel so.It's just the case that i am exercising my rights.You tube provides me the right to write something about any content which is uploaded here and i have not written anything that is unethical,immoral, not prudential or irrational.
