Polyester cotton blends are a much better choice than just cotton

Umm no. Polyester doesn’t breathe!!! Maybe try construction and wear both.

Actually, they're not - if you're going to use evaporative cooling to reduce heat stress.

This is an overly long, tiresome video that provides no practical information about actually reducing heat stress. Like many such videos, it lumps together early warning signs, signs and symptoms of heat illness, and first-aid treatment in a confusing jumble. Useless, nonsensical statement like ""Sunscreen helps prevent the sun from heating up your skin" and "Sunglasses help you to feel cooler" don't help. I can imagine a group of workers being required to watch it, but I can also guarantee that they won't actually learn how to effectively prevent heat stress as a result.
