    Well done. Adapters to 120 film rol you can find very easy on ebay. All the different sizes like 116, 122 etc.

    Thanks for the video, I just got a No.1 Kodak pocket camera and was able to make most of it work with your video.

    Thank You. Your video has helped me a great help. I also possess the same camera and have the adapters. I am waiting for good weather to do some photography.
    Unfortunately my camera has some micro holes in the bellows, which I repaired with black acrylic paint. At present there is no leakage of light, but do not want to collapse the bellows is not broken, so I use the camera always displayed.
    Thank You ...!

    Good work. These are great cameras and the results can be stunning. I have an 1A Jr and a 3a Special which is very similar to this camera. I don't even reach for the dslr anymore.

      I'm glad you liked it. I must say, the only time I pull out my DSLR is when I have to chase kids around to take some pictures or when I need to take pictures of my film cameras.

    Great video. My grandma gave me a Kodak Series III that takes A118 film and says the patent is 1914. All the pieces are with it including the case, the stylus, and the reel. It doesn't have the fancy measurement tools for shudder and aperture though. I was wondering if I make a video showcasing it, could you please take a look and give me some tips? I might have an easier time converting it to 120 since it's 118. Thanks

    So you developed the film yourself? Where did you get the negatives scanned? The clarity across the whole image looks great!

    Is there a place that would replace the bellows for a reasonable cost? My 1A was light proof but then developed some pinholes, which I patched with some automotive gasket stuff. I leave the camera open so I don't create anymore pinholes.

      The issue with purchasing new (modern) bellows is that they may not fold flat enough to close the camera. I checked with an ebay seller from China, but they wanted 80 dollars for an unknown, to me, quality and I just passed on the deal. There are, however, some bellows, Kodak original, on ebay now. I don't know what models they fit, but if you keep looking you might find some. Good luck .

    Is that shot of the cabin @ 21:09 on infrared film?

    • @krisb8781
      @krisb8781  4 года назад

      No they are all on standard BW. I think it's the characteristics of the lens along with light.
