At this level of failure of OMI diagnosis, based in STEMI method or even with cited AI app, would not be more secure, send all infartion to emergencial cineangiocoronariography?

      Unfortunately, there are two problems:
      1. Only 10% of chest pain patients will have some type of infarction (OMI or NOMI); others will be ruled out for infarction on the basis of serial blood Troponin testing -> MI ruled out.
      2. It takes 2-3 hours to (with High confidence) figure out if a patient has myocardial infarction. This is the time OMI patients do not have.
All in all, it is not feasible due to the sheer volume of chest pain patients and the availability of cath lab networks. Also 90% of chest pain patients will never need a cath lab (because they will be ruled out on the basis of Troponin), so activating the lab could just intrude un-necessary harm.
