I was so depressed and felt so worthless. It got so bad that one day I took a loaded gun and held it to my head and then one of Trent's videos came on my computer screen and I broke down crying. I will always believe that this man saved my life with his wise and inspiring word's. Trent you are a gift from God to so many of us.
I've been involved in drugs my whole life but I got clean and quit hustling because I want more of life than being a hustler. Now my family and friends who still hang around those old circles all talk about me like I'm weak because I won't ride with or for them anymore. But none rose with me when I needed help. I rode by myself . Well I've been clean for over 5yrs. And I believe in God and I work a burger job. For 200 a week. And I'm still doing better than most of my family and friends I cut off that r still in the game . Now my brother just warned me that people are Looking for me . I'm like for what I never burned anyone. I see it just jealousy because i have moved on and they still stuck.
Ppl that's stuck want you to be stuck too congratulations on your new life and keep pushing forward no matter what they say and God will take care of you know this

So so true. I’m in a rehab myself right now. Well I wouldn’t consider it a rehab it’s more a family. 10 months clean and sober and I still am struggling from time to time but I fall to the ground and hit my knees and speak to the one and only LORD and just find peace back in my life.

No doubt that letting things go is extremely difficult, at 54yr old I had to learn it the hard way, as I almost lost it all back in April. To that end God's word, in part, tells us at Heb. 6:1, "press on" i.e., indicating stretching forward not sitting and feeling sorry for yourself, theirs no growth in that, just leaving an open door for Satan to tap into our imperfect brain and replay whats been programmed in our brains to destroy us, thanks again for the encouragement 🤗❤✌👊

Great message all need to hear. As I listened to this piece, it struck me that Trent's message flies in the face of what the Liberal Democrats are preaching. Socialism. This message of individuality and taking control of your own life doesn't fit in the Socialist Model. Keep pushing Mr. Shelton. Help people wake up, think and improve their lives.
Some people from your past will try and drag you back to the past (to the person they knew back in the day) because they are uncomfortable with your accomplishments, progress and success. Trent, you have been a major inspiration in my life. I have been through so much however, loosing my father June of last year to stage4 cancer was devastating to me. Never knowing Why, but never questioned Why. Caring for my Dad at his most vulnerable state, it all crushed me to a point that all that was around me was falling apart. Never once did I complain. I knew I was given this blessing to care for my daddy for a Reason. This is where My "Why Not Me?" came into play. Through it all I had you to guide me, heal me. You gave me inspiration to continue to move forward. With it all I was even able to even remove toxic people from my life, for when I needed them the most, letting me know I had support was so hard for them. with this I was able to Accept it, "REALITY" let them go so peacefully, "RELEASE" & move forward "REPAIR". I am still moving forward to bigger & better places & things, I cant stop I wont stop! Thank you for continuing to be my inspiration :)! God bless you & your family always! You are Awesome! I got so busy trying to focus on giving back and feeding the hungry That I lost sight of myself I got off track from where I am supposed to be headed by starving myself. Balance doesn't always mean Consistancy, rather flowing with current when the rapids arise, Without allowing the fear of the unknown to sink you.

Trent, you have been a major inspiration in my life. I have been through so much however, loosing my father June of last year to stage4 cancer was devastating to me. Never knowing Why, but never questioned Why. Caring for my Dad at his most vulnerable state, it all crushed me to a point that all that was around me was falling apart. Never once did I complain. I knew I was given this blessing to care for my daddy for a Reason. This is where My "Why Not Me?" came into play. Through it all I had you to guide me, heal me. You gave me inspiration to continue to move forward. With it all I was even able to even remove toxic people from my life, for when I needed them the most, letting me know I had support was so hard for them. with this I was able to Accept it, "REALITY" let them go so peacefully, "RELEASE" & move forward "REPAIR". I am still moving forward to bigger & better places & things, I cant stop I wont stop! Thank you for continuing to be my inspiration :)! God bless you & your family always! You are Awesome! Very inspiring...I would love to see a video on how to form support groups and find courage to change things that seem to have no way out..we need more support groups and love..where people can turn to on this earth..God is enough...it is sometimes we don't want to accept the same things over and over...where is the way out...when it seems there isn't one....God put us here for one another..to support the lost..guide with light and love..
