Fun fact: atomic samurai (the old passive) when you kill someone, the next move you do. After the move finish there wouldn't be a cooldown so you can use it again. Similar to genos

I got a great concept for a passive or maybe a rework for sonic or blade master whenever your opponent gets sliced with one of their moves, they get a bleed for short amount of time which doesn’t allow them to heal
Thing is, sonic doesnt really teleport he just moves fast. You can even catch him during his flash steps. Which i can confirm because i have done that before, stopping their flash step. But the side dash when ragdolled gets me, so its good when you bait an enemy still works the same as side dash though

actually, metal bat's passive is also a higher uppercut and a downslam with no jumping (doesnt break block) but the higher uppercut lets you land uppercut dash easily
Genos'es uppercut passive is actually good because u can:do a lord heaven tech way more easily,and it allowys you to do some techs you couldnt do before
i would love suiryu passive to just be a stat increase like you are in a frenzy of murdering where after a kill you would get the 1st stage of your passive for every kill you make you get 5-10% to everything including your heal it would stack up to 50% so you would walk/run 50% faster have 50% more dmg(can't be used with ult) have 50% higher jumps your crits do 50% more dmg and your moves are also 50% faster you even block and m1 50% faster

Atomic’s passive wasn’t always that, it was an off brand Genos passive, if you use a move after a finisher, you’ll immediately be able to use that move again. It was super useful for combos and I used to main him, now I main Martial Artist.
There is technically 4 passives of genos (atleast in the old days) when you dash, a burst comes out your back, before this was changed this caused dashes to go further and be faster
Genos’ uppercut being higher actually makes it a lot easier to do the uppercut front dash m1 extend tech, sonics passive is very useful as you can’t track it, so they can land an m1 from a side dash much easier.
Back in the day, Blade master passive isn’t so garbage, it was actually resetting a random skill cooldown at random times, at first it doesn’t make sense but compared to the current passive “fire blade”, it’s safe to say it was better, till this day i was hoping they would add that passive back to blade master but kept the fire blade, because fireblade is indeed one of the trashes Passive especially in 1v1. Another fun fact, 2023 or Sonic released update, garou passive has been reworked, usually they would stack, and enemy would make 2 quick executions to gain full health, but now it has been removed and no more stacks on garou exections. Same goes for genos, usually you can reset cooldowns up to 2 times if you did it quick enough using blitz shot and jet dive, but now has been removed and no longer stacks.

Genos has a 4th passive; ranged m1’s. This is actually extremely useful for combos and other things.

That isn't a passive, its when he hits someone with an ultimate move after his ultimate has ran out.

Everyone else: 10+ kills = a singular ult
