    Simple answer is agar protein powder khane se calorie surplus create ho Raha hai toh weight badhega nahi to nahi
    Weight gain hi karna hai (muscles se farak nahi padta) toh bina protein powder ke daily carbs & fats zyada kha kar 2-300 calorie surplus karke definately weight gain hoga but make sure kisi app me calories count kar rahe ho

    I think eating protein rich food even without exercise in age from 17-25 will be helpful only. Testosterone levels increases in these age group and body also naturally builds muscle. So if you can eat protein rich food body will benefit from it.

    The answer should be your calorie intake is necessary be tracked. If you expend more than daily maintenance calories you will lose weight but opposite will happen if you eat more expend less than maintenance calories.

      Ye sab supplements ultra processed hote hai aur inse body ko koi or nutrition bhi nhi milta or in chizo ke long term use ke kafi side effects bhi hote hai.

      ​@@ridhamgoyal5855I would say 1.2g/Kg is very difficult to take with vegetarian diet. And please don't tell that your diet is not balanced. I would argue most vegetarians I know eat almost similar kind of food. Paneer hardly once a week. Mostly end up eating carbs in the name of healthy food.

      It's simpe if you are not lifting any weight or exercise still in day life subconsciously you damege your muscle fibre and it gets repair with your nutrition so you don't need much protein to repair it but a lifter needs it in correct amount as he's consciously damaging muscle fibre

      @@ridhamgoyal5855 you need to have atleast 1.8 - 2.5 of protein if you are lifting or doing hard physical jobs and protein is completely safe to have at any age and processed foods are not poison otherwise you had already died to now 😂😂
