    Today I will be sharing a korean bbq favorite.. Bulgogi 불고기!
    One of the most popular foods that represent Korea. This recipe is very easy and simple, also customizable. Add whatever vegetables you like!
    Marinating for about a day will lead to best results but if your'e lazy like me, you can cook it right away.
    Watch until the end for my special way of eating bulgogi~
    Ingredients:
    1 lbs thinly sliced rib eye or top sirloin
    1/2 onion (cut off 1/4 and set aside)
    1/2 asian pear
    1 tbs minced garlic
    6 tbs soy sauce: amzn.to/3elcyNe
    1 tbs brown sugar
    1 tbs starch syrup or honey: amzn.to/2WjYcWN
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 green onion
    sesame oil: amzn.to/31YcQ9y
    Optional Ingredients:
    mushroom, carrots, red pepper, sesame seeds
    Recipe:
    1. Remove core and peel asian pear, and chop roughly, cut 1/4 out of the 1/2 onion and set aside. Slice the rest. Chop desired vegetables.
    2. Blend pear and the onion you set aside.
    3. In a bowl, place in beef, blended mixture, soy sauce, brown sugar, starch syrup, minced garlic, black pepper, onions and green onion. Mix well
    4. Optional: Marinate for 10 min or up to 24 hours.
    5. On a pan add in sesame oil, and bulgogi mixture and cook.
    6. A lot of liquids will come out, cook on high heat until liquid has reduced by half and add in mushrooms and peppers.
    7. Cook on high heat until desired consistency. Some people like a wet bulgogi, some like crispier.
    Tips:
    Substitutes for asian pear are bosc pear or kiwi.
    I add in sesame oil on the pan, but you can add it into the marinade as well.
    You dont have to add in pear or kiwi, but instead use 2.5 tbs of brown sugar

    재료 손질 하시는 소리가 오늘도 너무 좋네용❤️❤️ 와 정말 제대로 불고기 👍 헛 팬에 올리시는 순간 소리.. 배고픈거 참고 있는데 더 배고파 지고 있어영 비주얼 ..✨✨ 너무 맛있을 것 같아요 밥과 슥삭 슥삭 비벼먹고 싶네영🤤🤤 엇 빵에 올려먹어도 와 너무 맛있을 것 같아요 햄버거 처럼 어 이거 정말 맛있을 것 같은👍 정말 지대로 불고기 버고네영!!! 이거 한 번 만들어서 먹어 보고 싶어영 드시는 소리에 침 한 번 더 고입니다...😭😭

    불고기가 은근히 간 맞추기가 힘들더라구요...정성이 가득 들어간 양념에 맛 없을수가 없겠네요...저는 코스코 불고기 사다가 먹는데 미국식이라 그런지 양념이 진짜 너무 달거든요..ㅎㅎ 그래도 아쉬운데로 사먹는데..다음엔 요렇게 만들어볼게요 ! 감사해요!
