I use my stand mixer for pâte de choux :) so much easier to mix in the eggs. Just mix them in one like you would by hand without the arm ache :) works great and doesn’t harm the recipe! Haha
You should do one with sasha pieterse I love you two you guys make me laugh alot I watched that other video you and sasha did and I kept watching it and laughing everytime

the reason there are so many spider man movies is cause there is some sort of deal where if they don't make a movie every four years, the studio loses the rights to the franchise.
In the beginning it was supposed to be more of roux, you probably needed more fat (butter) it would have been more liquidly then the dough you got, once you cook it, it will brown the flour, and bloom the gluten to help make the dough stick together and stretchy.
