This is the first time that some one is recommending less number of exercises per body part. I think this is why you are so consistent with lifting. Will definitely try.
I train 1 muscle a day and I do around 6-7 exercise of 3-4 sets it takes me around 1 hour to complete . Should I try 2x times train muscle and follow this routine
