Fun fact: the games where Trump didn't draw a single Wild Seed card were games he absolutely crushed his opponents.
So you mean forcing a package into a deck that is actively harmed by it...is a bad thing?

@@joerymertens7048 Surely there are better packages to run than cards that consistently break your best weapon.
One idea would be to lean harder on the Sunken City Naga package. Mukla or Collateral Damage could also serve as as late game pushes.

idk i dont think the wild seed package works in this deck, sure it gives you spells but you have a 1/3 chance of just making it so you cant play the weapon or breaking your weapon to early then wanted
Though you probably want to break this weapon sooner rather than later anyway, it’s not a megavalue deck. And the three or two turns makes it pretty predictable
Looks like a really fun deck, I think ETC and the wild seeds need to be cut and stuff like tracking added for a faster and more agressive pace
I just realised that this deck doesn't have tracking while being lowcost spells synergistic and wanting to see more cards... Good call, really.
This deck idea seems ridiculously strong. Ofc the theorycraft deck is a bit wonky due to restrictions, but with refinement this deck looks like it'll be tier 1

Hunter is always good at the start of the new expansion
That's more just to do with how aggro in general is always the best at the start of an expansion. Hunter just usually has the better and easier to pilot aggro decks.
I wish we could avoid that for once. Just once. I absolutely _loath_ yet another expansion dominated by face Hunter for the next couple of weeks.

@@Arrakiz666 It's simple, the first days of the expansion people are pretty experimental, and good and established aggro beats unrefined and experimental control and combo decks.
But when the lists get refined, you can get very good combo and control decks and then the meta is balanced.

Wait, in a Naga/spell deck you didn't put in the naga who makes you cast double spell ?
All of the spells are small with the exception of collateral damage.
The card is slow bad and clunky
@@broloomjohnson8172 It's not that bad; the issue here is the only spell worth the effort doubling is Collateral (and technically Ashzara's colossal spell, but she's in this list for Xal'atath).
There's still a fairly good Aggro hunter list you can play right now, which runs 1 of each for a finisher. This deck can do the same, depending on the meta.
For example, Twinbow + Collateral is one of the best outs to skeleton mage, when they freeze your board or wipe it with Deathborne; if a deck like that is good, this list can tech them in.
TLDR- It's not an auto-include, but it has a purpose.

Drop Jungle Jammer for Terrorcoil when expansion drops?
What do you drop the Wild Seed package for? Spirit Poacher seems like a decent 2 drop and that 3 mana spell that draws a naga seems too slow.
why would you drop a card that synergizes with small spells for one that synergizes with big spells in a deck that runs small spells?

it says: deal two damage, draw that much cards. Not draw cards equal to the damage dealt.

This is why I've been saying as good as Jungle Jammer is, it's way more niche than people think; it's not the cards fault, it's the cards around it.
Wildseed package and Harpoon gun already have this weird anti-synergy you saw here, and people want to add a another weapon to that? Jammer won't see play in Beast/Big hunter at all, because of that, Harpoon is a much better card. In spell hunter, I think you're choosing the whole beast package OR just stag charge + jammer.
As for shockspitter Hunter, I'm pretty certain it's dead with Brann/Bloodseeker rotating, but it wouldn't run it either; it would just use Candle/Harpoon/Instrument Tech.
Classes like Priest can get away with clunky jank, Hunter cannot, it needs to be streamline.
yeah but the jungle jammer plus spell package just seems better than the wildseed, so rather than being niche I think it will replace the hunter's existing main package

Trump is the the reason why the rope was added into the game in the first place. Just search for his crazy long Handlock turn in one of the first tournaments

Trump is undeniably a good player, probably better than 99% of the people commenting on the video.
The two mistakes he makes most commonly is roping himself and failing to execute his turn after thinking for too long or making trades on the board instead of going face to end a game.
