cabs in PR are expensive as fuck. To be honest 40 seem like alright, been in a touristic area and all that. Public transportation sucks in PR, you either get your own car or youll screwed because with prices like this ppl are not able to take cabs like very often lol. i dunno i never have took a cab tho, even tho i live in PR lol
