I’ve been wanting to try Tracy Anderson sooo badly 😂 had no clue it was heated in there! My husband cold plunges for 6 minutes daily and I think he’s insane 🤣 that remedy place looks amazing tho regardless. Lovely video per usual ♥️♥️♥️

If you decided you loved the b12, I am not sure if you can in Canada, but you can definitely get them prescribed to you in the US, and a monthly (4 doses) is less than $50 USD versus the 1 you did

Lan, Loved this NYC road trip vlog. Ya know what? I’d grab a mesh laundry bag and throw that yellow woven bag into it and then throw it in the wash on gentle in cold water with a capful of wool-lite. Do not put the bag in a dryer, let it air dry. I would hope that this would make your bag as good as new again. Good Luck!!!

P.S. The bag you showed is fabric, right? If it isn’t, then get the bag professionally cleaned. A Mr. Clean magic sponge may work, but use cool water the lightest, slightest touch, OK? 😅
I do B12 shots at home and it’s in my arm lol. My husband does it for me. I thought it would be butt cheek because I’ve had them done at treatment centres but my doctor said you have less chance of hitting a nerve or something I can’t remember 😂 in the back of my arm. Needles are not my friend lol
My brushes definitely break me out if I don't clean them weekly. Sunday is brush cleaning day!

Laughing so hard on from your workout. Absolutely the best. Try a magic eraser by Mr. Clean to clean your bag. If it's leather, try a very, very lightly dampened magic eraser. Good luck with it. Keep your awesome personality just the way it is. We all love you.
