I’ve been to a few of Xavier’s live shows. It’s healing and so good for the soul. He reminds you constantly of our connection with country (the land, water and sky) and how important it is to stay connected to each other. An important message in this time.
I love rap music, reggae, drum n bass, rock, country. But since I first heard Spirt Bird it has been my most favourite song simply because of how it makes me feel. Music is life

I've been lucky enough to go to Peru twice to drink ayahuasca and work with the indigenous Shipibo healers of the Amazon. Both times international crew asked me about X Rudd, I've never listened much. I remembered to look him up after an amazing surf session in Margaret River and found this song. It bought back a magical vision I had of the ancient powerful landscape of the north of Australia. I could hear a didgeridoo playing in the far distance as I was washed clean by the tropical rain, an electrical storm flowed through my nervous system..... it was a pure rebirth of mystical nature that words can not describe. This song brought back the connection to that timeless and beautiful experience. Beautiful to see that it touches people from all over the world and reinforces that we are all connected and one people. 😊
Drinking alone on a hill in urban tn, embracing the self-loathe, turn this on and suddenly in my peripheral I notice all the grass dancing. Not on drugs but this song does something different. Always hit me. Power to the good.
