This seller ships this item very carefully to ensure that your room divider ruclips.net/user/postUgkxWv_wTHyTRVm0QkcOw1Rz2-5g_gDoRTkU is not damaged in transit. They even place stickers saying glass, handle with care. I originally bought a 4 panel room divider, but after receiving it I knew I needed larger for the area I was trying to hide. I wanted a 6 panel, but it was not offered in the Espresso color that I wanted, so I went with 5 panels. This is serving my purpose very well on hiding my dog's pee pads. I ended up using the 4 panel one in a corner behind my Christmas tree. The best thing is you do not have to put anything together, you just take it carefully out of the box and place it where you want it. It can be moved around very easily. Plus, these dividers start at the floor, so nothing is seen moving around on the other side like some other dividers I looked into. Now that I have a 4 and 5 panel one, I am sure that I can get them to overlap and work other ways should I need to in the future.
This is great. Been trying to think of a way to keep my cats out of my new studio control room while allowing them access through the area. I think this will look great, despite how much they’ll cry about not being allowed in there.
Your video is simply GREAT. Without much fuss, straight to the point, precise instructions. I was worried making a room divider higher than 6', but with the total panel width of approx. 24" it is perfect, it's like an additional wall. Will take your advice and take thicker panels. May I ask about the weight of that divider?
Thanks so much and that's a good question. It wasn't too heavy but I used two people to move it after it was assembled just because it was so much bigger than me. I think a taller/bigger person could move it easily by themselves.
Great video, and great instructions, thank you! I would like to re-create this but actually attach it to the wall, so would you recommend adding a plank to the wall before screwing the hinges in, or is directly into the wall ok?
Do you mean between each panel? If so, this design isn't the nest option for you. I'd probably a build a wall on wheels with no gaps that can move around. Thanks for watching!
All you need is a handsaw, and a drill. You can pick up a saw for $10 at a hardware store. Drills cost $30 at Amazon, Walmart, Target and hardware stores
Of course there are other ways to make a privacy screen. This was how I designed mine because I wanted it to look like a certain way. You can see where I found the materials in my blog post on H2OBungalow.com.
Omg using a bit of hot glue to keep the hinge in place is GENIUS!! Thank you!!! Hours of frustrating swearing avoided! So clever
It's a huge time and frustration saver!
I loved this project of yours. Simple and clean, yet adds an elegant accent to a simple space. Thank you for sharing.

So glad it will help! We love that it lets in light and blocks off the area we want divided. Yes, our cat would be vocal too...I get it!
You did a great job!
Thank you!

It would be nice to list the needed items in the description header of the video. Thanks.
It’s within the first 45 seconds of the video

Hi Cass! That's a good question. I'd definitely add a plank to the wall and attach it with hinges/. What a super idea by the way!
Where would one find the clear light pannels? I want to do this project for my mother
You can probably get them at Home Depot or Lowes/
@@sakinah194 thank you!
Yes, theres more info in the tutorial on my post. Thanks!
@@WendiWachtelH2OBungalow Great thank you so much and you are very talented
Love it it's beautiful!! I wonder how many hours of work it takes ?
It wasn't too much. Maybe 2 partial days of work.
Great video!
Thank you!
LOVE this!! ❤️
Thank you!!!
Well! Could you tell me what is the price of 4 door partitions ??
You'll have to price the supplies out for your local market. Our prices in my area will probably not be what yours are. Sorry!
Very nice
Thank you!
very nice
Thank you so much!
I love this video and also you...
LOL! Thank you!
Could I make it with half inch thick plywood, or would it be too unstable?
If you sandwich the clear panels between the two sides of 1/2" plywood I think it would be ok. In other words, the 1/2" plywood would be doubled.
Well said. Thumbs up.?
Thanks!
Did you attach it to the wall? Can you ?
It will stand on it's own and doesn't need to be attached to. wall. You could if you wanted to though. Thanks for watching!
Nice 👍
Thanks!!
what can i use to cover the gaps between the folding screen?
Do you mean between each panel? If so, this design isn't the nest option for you. I'd probably a build a wall on wheels with no gaps that can move around. Thanks for watching!
