Does Toll Brothers offer a hybrid one story, so a one story house with not a full size upstairs play room with a bath, I need a large hobby room.
Acadia ridge comes to mind in Summerlin. They have single stories with a pop up option that has a loft and 2 bedrooms up stairs I believe.
@@VegasRealtor Thanks. I do like the new style homes they are building in LV, the old look got really old fast. They must of hired the same stucco person.
