I've actually did an adaptation of smokeless mainland last year in june 2023, and seeing your own adaptation of smokeless mainland, I'm impressed on how you put much effort into this. nice job on the adaptation mickey. 👍
Oh Wow!! That was a brilliant adaption Mickey!! 😀 This story was quite chilling yet also heartfelt!! I also feel sorry for poor Jinty and Pug scrapped, they will always be remembered!! 😢 Great job man!!
Oh my god, this sad horror story of Jinty and pug scrapped! Also this mainland extension is pretty far when you’re heading to the mainland at Barrow and Furness
Not exactly. Sodor Island Models did some research, and has concluded that No.47287 is the real life Jinty. He was withdrawn in 26th Oct 1963 and scrapped in April 1964 Assuming Jinty and Pug were withdrawn around the same time, and how the story never stated them to have been broken up yet, ‘Smokeless Mainland’ should be taking place around late 1963 or early 1964
At this point in time, we have no idea what specific 0F Kitson locomotive Pug is. The only clue we have from the wiki is that he was from the first 1932 batch of five locomotives As for Jinty however, Sodor Island Models did some research, and has concluded that No.47287 is the real life Jinty. He was withdrawn in 26th Oct 1963 and scrapped in April 1964 Assuming Jinty and Pug were withdrawn around the same time, and how the story never stated them to have been broken up yet, ‘Smokeless Mainland’ should be taking place around late 1963 or early 1964
Hello Mickey I’m starting to make a Thomas movie and I decided to have some special voice acting guest and I was wondering if you can be the sodor and mainland railway controller
Good remake mate, but what does barrow in furness have anything to do with thomas? Why is it a well known station in thomas fandom as well as killdane? They both havent been shown in the thomas television series, barrow in furness is a city or station in the UK, isnt that right?
In 1925, an agreement was reached between the LMS and the North Western Railway. The North Western allowed the LMS to run services to Norramby, and in turn the LMS granted the North Western running powers to the mainland providing a route to London, St Pancras. This resulted in a bridge being built over the Walney Channel and the North Western moving its headquarters from Vicarstown to Tidmouth. The Wild ‘Nor Wester express Gordon pulls only goes from Tidmouth to Barrow-in-Furness, and it is there that he is taken off to rest for his return journey while the coaches are taken onward by another engine. This operation was later replaced in 2011 by HST diesel duo Pip and Emma to streamline the service Two reasons spring to mind on why Killdane is so famous. The first being the location of NWR No.3’s iconic ‘Kipper Crash’ in the winter of 1935, which has been confirmed by the Island of Sodor, it’s People, History and Railways book to have occurred at Killdane. The second reason is due to the mysterious circle of standing stones, origin of which are unknown, but likely burial sites from the Neolithic period, though this is just a purely popular speculation with no historical basis In regards to Barrow-in-Furness never being mentioned in the TV series, it all started with Britt Allcroft’s strange decision of not wanting to name drop real life places in the show despite the TV series universe being supposedly set in the real world as per the original Railway Series. With the exception of Crewe, places such as England in The Fat Controller’s Engines were changed to “the Big City far away” in the Thomas and the Special Letter adaptation, as well as just not naming Barrow-in-Furness at all
An amazing adaptation. Love the additional gasp you gave Thomas

Great job, lad. I wish Jinty and Pug were preserved. No engine ever deserves a date with the cutter's torch.
@@elijahstevenson2546 sadly this is the real life and i feel sorry for percy
Many LMS 3F/Jinty class tank engines are preserved, so.. Jinty may be one of them.
Dr.Beeching is a devil! He kills Steam Engines
that isnt really those locomotive there are classes that are similar to it

And indeed...😔
It made me cry when thomas tried to desperately come up with excuses just to keep percy under the impression that they still existed.
Awesome adaptation, mate!😄👍
Also, R.I.P. Jinty and Pug...😔
Awesome job with this remake mickey and rest in peace to jinty and pug 😔
I’m glad some did a different @22Tesla story I wish all his stories where made in trainz they’re that awesome

Great stuff Mickey. Very well made.
Thx Shawn
Jinty and Pug don't deserve that fate I'd like to think presumably after the events of that story they were both purchased and preserved somewhere
Great Trainz Adaptation and there even 6 of my favorite adaptations I would like to see you make in Trainz Simulator one day.
he is back with another adaptation

Barrow In Furness is a real town in England alright. And so is the station itself. :)
