the first thing of note is that adding uncooked corn starch would not result in any thickening in either element of the cake as it is not baked, and it may also result in a lingering starchy taste. however, even if you do cook it into a slurry with water, the cheesecake portion still would not set correctly and likely remain runny. same applies to the passion fruit topping. corn starch would not act as strong enough of a thickener to fully set the cheesecake. hope you can find this helpful
