Do you have the i stall video? Im putting one in now. And needless to say top bolts especially with the stick tube and the fuel line clip isnt easy to line up and get in. Maybe you know some tricks i could use
hi bro, i have a 2004 durango that need to replace the flexpalte, i understand that there is no need to drop the transmission nor remove the trani but to separate it from the engine. i have removed all 8 bolts (2 from starter motor which need to be replace and the other 6, 2 bottom, 2 on the right and 2 on the left. i put the trani on Neutral and rocket it sideways to see if will detach from the engine to give just enough space to remove the plate (some might call it the flywheel. the point is that the trani it is not pulling away from the engine and my question is WHY ????? i did remove the drive shaft front and rear. did not remove the transfer case for i have no reason to remove it. please help. I like your video tho
The top of the transfer case both I used a small short stubby range and the top of the tray for case bell housing bolts I used a long extension with a swivel socket

How many miles on the trans before it went out?
So im having trouble how did u get to the transfer case bolts? and the bots at the top of the bell housing
Take the cross member for the transmission out what the transmission and transfer case down needn't get to the top bolts with a short wrench
@@junkyardkeith6319 so this it difficult to take the cross member off? And where is the cross member located?
@@junkyardkeith6319 also did you have to drop the exhaust on either side

How did you reach the bolts on top of the bell housing
i used a long extension with a 15mm sucket runing it on top of the bell housing. pain in the ass to get it unbolt but finally it got loose.
@@kalifoecuahow were you able to get around the stupid harness that runs in front of those two bolts
About how long does this take?
I’m on day 2 and still haven’t gotten it out🫠
