@@alexiadotson3268 no it totally ruins your chain you might as well buy the parts necessary I used it on a fake gold chain but please don’t do this on your chain as it can permanently damage the metal. Edit: you probably should take it to a jeweller to ensure the safety of your chain.

What if the chain links are tiny? Like thread into the tiniest needle hole tiny. What's the smallest you can repair.
