the moment we stopped looking for solutions
we saw the change happening
I and my husband started playing with him whenever he woke up ) 1 am,3 am,5 am etc etc) and marvels of marvels...after playing and talking and chatting with us for sometime he used to fall asleep on his own...Sleep regression will happen ,can't do anything about it. The best thing to do is to accept it and enjoy this precious time with the baby...cause these days will never ever come back

Surah rehman I read to my 3 babies to reverse sleep pattern and whispered duas in ears . Worked ! Today My 3 teens all 6ft plus still get me to read into their ears … when feeling low or anxious .

Swaddle, after baby has ate well and gone to the bathroom and seems satisfied. Pat to burp and massage back moving hand downwards for digestion. First have baby on his/her left side while in arms swaying side to side almost like a slow dance sometimes that’s enough but when it isn’t have baby on your chest patting their back again while you sway side to side. It takes 40 Minutes at least to get baby to be in a deep sleep and not active sleep. When you put baby in the bassinet bottom first and and put your hand on their chest for a good while, patting them and having baby on their side until you can transition them laying flat helps too but having your hand on their chest for a couple minutes is definitely a must. Of course love has to go into it for it to work. It doesn’t hurt to try overtime you will understand your baby and what they need because every baby is different. Wishing you the best you got this! ❤

Wait until #2 comes! Then 3...4...lol. You take naps when you can. 😴. The 1st baby breaks you in... the rest are easier to adjust to. The most sleep I ever got was when all 4 of my beautiful children slept all night. Between 4 and 11. Then the teens hit... and you will have many restless nights. Lol. Then they leave for college and you will have to much time to sleep. Lol
