He never precised IOS or anything, and even then, I'm not expert but I don't think your phone's version will interfere with an outside application like pvz2

@@PvZGodYT The SPCUtil folder is in my D drive directly, the path for the exe is literally "D:\SPCUtil" all the other files and folders are in there too

No, I'm afraid not. Unless you use some sort of jailbreaking software, it's not possible. Consider Android, or use an emulator for that matter.

Just for other people with this problem, SPCUtil must be directly in the drive, for example C:\SPCUtil
