Thanks so much. I love the chatter and all the knits because it makes me feel as if I there with you. You are all inspiring. I’ve gone and bought patterns and knit a few of them because of you all. I discoverd Rebecca Clow because of you and I knit the Corran, which I wear daily. I’ve since bought several of her patterns. Once I finish the pressed flower cardigan, I’m going to start the Tolsta. You just keep doing what you are doing, I really appreciate you all❤❤
I am a vicarious knitter while you three lovely ladies are ferocious knitters!! I so enjoy all your broadcasts, especially the recap of your 2023 Knits. There was not a single “dud” in your collections, just one beautiful sweater after another. All your choices of patterns and appropriate yarns were spot-on, in my estimation. Please keep on doing what you do so well and I’ll continue watching from my easy chair. ❤❤❤
Oh my goodness, what a great show ladies. all. Go through each pattern and talk about your thoughts. Greatly appreciated and I really enjoy your posts. Bring on the fun 2024
Hi ladies! Of course this episode was NOT too long! It can't be long enough in my opinion! 😄 Thanks for these two episodes, I enjoyed every minute of it and I am already looking forward to your regular podcast. Happy knitting and cheers! 🍷
Perfect. I will likely watch part 1 and 2 over and over beautiful knits and many I will be trying. Thank you all for taking the time to offer us such entertainment.
Thank you ladies for sharing your lovely sweater makes! My goodness y’all can churn out the sweaters! So beautiful AND inspirational. I really appreciate you each modeling your sweaters and giving access to your Ravelry project pages. (So thoughtful) Looking forward to our next “visit”.
Such a relief to see sweaters that fit. I’m over seeing the 50 sweaters “I knit this year” with drop shoulders to the elbow and 10 to 20 inches of ease it was nice to see the variety of yarns and patterns. Looking forward to seeing your projects this year.
Thank you, thank you!!! I really really love all your knits but I think I would watch you three if you just sat and chat ……! That’s how much I enjoy your virtual company ! Cannot wait for our meetup next Tuesday!!! ❤
Oh my goodness it’s never too long watching your podcast you are my favourite one out there!! I can not believe how many sweaters you knit up in one year! It’s very impressive! You greatly inspire/influence me! I would love to hear all of your knitting plans for 2024. It’s so exciting to cast new things on!! Always enjoy watching the three of you!
Thank you for the review…your sweaters are all so beautiful, they fit you all so very nicely and I enjoy the fabrics you create! Your knitting is so very inspiring.
I just loved your part 1 & oart 2 videos. All three of you knit beautifully and so quickly. I’m lucky to 2 or 3 sweaters done in a year! I've heard many many people talk about how difficult the field sweater is to do. Love Tammy's color choice.
I appreciate the two parts to your end of the year wrap up. I also am always flabbergasted by the number of sweaters you have knit in 2023. I may have said it before, but watching you is like having a knit fashion show. Thank you for your continued efforts to produce a high quality video.
Oh my, my wish list has grown so much! So many lovely sweaters and interesting yarns. Thanks for the fashion show. It was great fun to watch. Loved it!
When I saw the gold sweater on Tammi…”wow..that looks beautiful, so much style!” I absolutely loved the sleeves. I’m famous for cutting off the ribbing on my sweat shirts as a kid to make them my own. So much inspiration in this series. If I could only wear the finished sweaters from your cupboards and drawers. You all have some beautiful knits to wear and I can only imagine the softness. I watched both episodes close together, but you were right. It was good to split them up. Keep travelling and we will wait to see what designs and colours you come up with in the coming year.
What a variety of sweaters you ladies knit this year. Even when you knit the same patterns or made the sweater more than once, they were all so different. Now I have a lot of new patterns for my queue.
Savanna is a luxurious, warm weather blend of linen and silk. Linen only gets softer and nicer with washing and wearing, and silk lends elegance and sheen. The strong, saturated colors provide the perfect canvas for a number of needlework possibilities. Lace and texture both show up well on this lovely yarn. 66% Silk, 34% Linen with approximately 250 yards per 100g that knits to 5.5 stitches per inch on a US 6 needle. Machine wash warm, lay flat to dry, do not bleach.
Well, you three did not disappoint. 😊 You have each made such lovely projects and it's fun to see them again all at once. 🤓 Tammi, I think that the yellow sweater looks fine on you. Thank you for a year of fun and informative episodes! Here's to a Happy Knit Year in 2024! 🥂
Thank you so much for showing all your beautiful knits from last year. I really enjoyed seeing everything and getting inspiration from you all. Thankfully I am not a quick knitter as I would run out of storage space and money!
Hello Ladies, I just found you,& I think I’m hooked I’ve just watched part 1 & part 2 of your 2023 knits.’I’m amazed’. Well done all of you. It would take me a year to knit one sweater 😂. I think I will be learning a lot about different wools & patterns from now on. It would be lovely to actually see how you all knit, Bless you ladies, thank you.
It was a wonderful video and not too long at all. I could listen to more so don’t ever worry about the length. I am so jealous of all the skill at knitting those gorgeous sweaters.
Hi Girls, News flash.....ZenYarnGarden just announced retiring sale. Everything on their site is 50%off. So sad, I LOVE thier soft yarn!!!!! Love all youyr fabulous sweaters. You are such a prolific trio!!!!!! AMAZING knitting genius between all of you!!!!!!!! XO Carrie from Northern San Francisco Bay Area🥰❤🐕🐑🌹☕🧵🪡🧶
What a treat to get to watch part 2 today while I am struggling with sleeves on my Strata sweater. Hearing that Tammi had to rip back her Field Sweater made me feel better--although ache for you! That sweater is definitely on my list, but I'm a bit intimidated by that grain stitch!! I love your modeling, but perhaps you could hold the sweater longer in front of the camera when you are holding it up. I look forward to seeing what is on your needles and your knitting plans for 2024--along with hearing about your travels!!
Ladies I think you did a fabulous job. I appreciate that you took the time that model each garment so we could see and appreciate what they look like on a body. I watched both of your recap episodes with interest and added several garments to my queue. One small thing in the future that I would find helpful would be if you mentioned the yarn weight for the sweater. If it’s too much no worries I can always look it up. ❤
Lots of beautiful sweaters, thank you! I can't remember which one, but Janet references being busty. Check out the Knit Sip Happy podcast...she has a hack for knitting for a busty figure. When splitting for sleeves, usually the number of stitches for the front and back are equal. She arranges her stitches so that there are more stitches on the front of the garment (does that make sense?). She does explain it again on her most recent episode
I loved watching the recap of all your sweaters from the past year! I also recently finished the Field sweater and totally agree with everything you said about it. It is definitely my favorite”epic” sweater but highly recommend the pattern. It was worth the pain and agony in the end. 😍
Loved your two part recapping your knits! Just beautiful, all of them! Love your podcasts. Look forward to each one! ❤you three gals are great together! 🧶🍷
You all made beautiful sweaters over the last two episodes. I only managed a couple because my crochet hook was calling my name😁. I made many many afghans though!
Hello Ladies! I'm a new subscriber and also an obsessive knitter. I think I've found good company in your podcast! I loved that you broke up your recap into 2 videos as you had so much to share. Of course my own queue as now grown with your inspiring finished garments. I look forward to your next episode and to see what's new on your needles. Cheers! 🍷
loved the lineup of all those gorgeous sweaters! I like that you mention the size you make . I like that we can see what the drape and fit of the garments are with the yarns you used. I think, for me, it would be useful to know the bust size as well. Or maybe that is too much information. Thanks again
Great job ladies, it takes a while to show all of your knits so no worries on the length of the video. I would love to know 2024 plans. Happy new year to you.
Love all of your knits. You are such prolific knitters. I hope now that i'm retired i can be one too! believe there is a woman who does color analysis that is located in Loveland, OH which is about 20 minutes south of you.
Lovely knits Ladies. Congrats on all of your creations! Tammy curious re the Solare - do you simply prefer to combine lace weight and sport weight yarns to attain worsted weight gauge rather than choosing a worsted weight yarn for the project?
Hi Pat! Not necessarily. I wasn’t really feeling the worsted weight yarn in my stash. 😬 I had a few to choose from but none of the sweater quantities felt right for the pattern. Cheers! 🧶🍷
Ladies - thank you for another inspiring podcast. All of your sweaters are beautiful and have provided me with a lot of wonderful ideas. Which brings me to my question…….but first, a bit of context. I want to knit more color work garments, but I don’t have the stash to play around with different color combination. How do you select yarn for your garments, and do you order yarn online, or wait to visit a yarn shop or festival to see how the colors play together? Thanks in advance! Happy Knitting from Central New York.
We all have yarn stashes where we have purchased online and at yarn festivals. We try to incorporate those into future projects or purchased for a pattern we have purchased already. 🧶🍷
We hang some in our wardrobes as well as put in plastic bins. I have the under the bed size containers. They are great to store sweaters. Also I have some in drawers in wardrobe as well. 🧶🍷
We’re about an hour away from Columbus so we don’t have any yarn store recommendations or restaurants. If you’re ever in the Dayton area, we’d be glad to give you recommendations. 😀🧶🍷
I really enjoyed seeing all the knits completed in 2023. It is always a delight to see what you ladies have knit.
Thank you so much! 😀🧶🍷

Thank you so much! We're so glad to hear that you've discovered Rebecca! I am interested in knitting the pressed flower pull over! Enjoy.
I loved part 2 just as much as the first! Amazing knits Janet,Tammi and Claudia !❤ 🍷 🧶
Thank you so much! 😀🧶🍷

All your knits are beautiful. I ca’t believe how many you all knit in a year - speed demons. You’ve given me many choices to consider for myself.
Peggy, Thank you! We have knit a lot in 2023 and hope to accomplish a lot in 2024. 🧶🍷

I just wanted to reassure Claudia that her Joni will get softer with wear and I was curious about the yarn content. It looks like a lovely garment.
I really like the variety of patterns and yarn you are using. You do knit popular patterns but also the less known ones.
Thank you for your nice comments! We do like the popular and sometimes the less popular patterns. 😀🧶🍷
Well, you three did not disappoint. 😊 You have each made such lovely projects and it's fun to see them again all at once. 🤓 Tammi, I think that the yellow sweater looks fine on you.
