What if we are holding onto the frequency of the problems, which can keep the same problems happening again. Our true power comes in leaving the frequency that created the problem in the first place.

last year i met a new friend, right after all my previous group pf friends turned their backs on me (divisive 2020 energies) and i was so happy, a new friend with a similar level of spiritual awareness. but the more we hung out, the more i felt disrespected and misunderstood, and it was yet another recurring lesson to release the need to be understood and appreciated by external people. now i…. don’t wish to hang out with him anymore. the more i go through this similar experience, the less i care about external validation, and i embrace my authenticity more and more

I thought the same thing, right around the same time. I think summer 2021 was the peak, where we were vibing so well. And now, it seems the person has some unconscious compulsion to see me in a certain (negative) way. There isn't any convincing someone who is gaining something from painting us as the bad guy; especially preemptively. 😣
Thanks for sharing. I hear you and can relate. Many of us have these hard experiences which seem to be inviting our karmic clearing and surrender and integration and learning. May we experience the highest of frequencies as a result of our dedication! We got this! I have faith we will all be finding each other and loving the vibe!

Don’t forget that we’re still biological machines that thrive on coregulating our nervous systems alongside a community of others!! So while I’m glad you left behind the people you outgrew, I hope you find newer people that are even more suited to your new self/new trajectory :)

Watching this I had the realization that my patterns are living my life and not me, I'm not giving energy to the life that I want to live instead.
I had a conversation with a loved one yesterday who literally said that me following my intuition was messing up their life. They said they can’t control a lot of things but in the home we share they need me to do what they want me to do to make them feel better. They completely called themselves out. I’m too busy trying to detach and not let my negative thoughts or doubts take over to worry about their hypotheticals. Life is a bizarre comedy 😂

Hey Kyle I juat wanted to say thank you so much for this. I've been struggling with seeking validation. I have my own art business but I've been going between focusing on that and looking for a "real" job. I've been doing the job search not for me but for my family and my community. The people who tell me to be "sensible" and "realistic". I know when I look for the jobs or do the interviews that it's not my highest calling. It's merely to put them at ease and get their (my family and community's) validation. There's a part of me that really wants them to understand.
They'll "understand" as soon as your success manifests with your art business. I'm in a similar boat and decided that my life belongs to me and anything that does and doesn't happen is my responsibility, not theirs.
Separate your energy from them and fully connect with your chosen destiny!
Have the courage to leave my problems. Yes! No more identifying with the story…

This hits me so hard. My natural tendency has been to just accept and trust that life is always working for me, on my behalf and will take me to where I need to go next as long as I keep showing up for it, but have been putting a lot of pressure on myself to have it all figured out because of those around me who know exactly what they want and exactly where they are going. I have been judging myself and feeling like I was lacking because of not having clarity and foresight. You revealed to me the answers I needed to accept where I am and stop comparing myself to those around me who are not on the path. Thank you! ❤️🔥🙏

Yeah I’ve been struggling with external validation. Sometimes I capture the feeling but then it just feels like it’s not unfolding so I keep feeling discouraged and that usually makes spiral. I’m trying to let go of wanting clarity
