Pro tip: Never cook with wine you wouldn’t drink. Even if you’re not a red wine drinker, using a decent table red (doesn’t have to be expensive) instead of cooking wine will impart much better taste. 🍷

I've been liking having Chicken Parmesan in the freezer so I can pull it out whenever I'm in the mood for it (which is a lot lately for whatever reason). The last time I made it, I decided to skip the frying process and cook it fully in the oven. It still turned out great, but the taste from frying is missed, in my opinion.

My garlic press is annoying also but I realized I was using it wrong. There little holes In one side then one the other if you close it opposite of pressing garlic is has protruding points idk what to call them but it pushes out the stick garlic and you just kinda repeat the process when it’s unstuck. This helped me so much when cleaning it also cuz I could never get it out the holes!

One tip or easy trick I do for beef stew- make a big roast in the slow cooker w carrots and potatoes- then the next day I use the left overs to make quick fast and delicious beef stew. It’s so easy- the only thing you really have to cut up is the leftover roast- make a quick gravy with the juices and it seriously makes the best and delicious beef stew ever.
