He's doing the music he likes which is the music he grew up listening to, American music and Korean Trot music. He's also staying close to some of the artists that aren't in his company anymore, like Rain and Sunmi. He loves finding new talent and helping them fulfill their dreams. He spent a year creating NiziU and if you've seen the Nizi Project show it's obvious that he loves doing it, and he's also very good at spotting and nurturing talent when it's just beginning to show.
