The guy himself told he have hiv and even if that syringe is for drug he might be not lying about having HIV if he had that disease this is bizzare. What about the consumers? This is intolerable and inhuman act people like this meat seller should not be roaming around freely what if he had this bad intention to spread just because he had hiv?

Administration, Butchers Union n Health Authority should chalk out guidelines regarding the sale of meat in the district.
I think it is the duty of the veternary department to certify all the meat products entering Nagaland from outside the state for the safety of the general public consuming them. Even eggs need to be checked and put a seal on them. Are they neglecting their duty??
