Choi Won Choi. This guy deserves alot of respect as well as Lachlan and Craig.
7:59 half butterfly overhook entry12:12 k guard entry15:12 vs double unders pass20:57 vs side smash pass22:35 while passing knee slice23:08 half guard top
The counter to half guard underhook is absolute gold
Thanks so much. Such an odd control position it'll fit in nicely to my arsenal. Great class. Thanks!!👍🇨🇦
I use a lot of the same setups but finish with the kimura. Is there a technical/mechanical reason why the armbar is superior here?
I'm in a similar boat. Id imagine that the arm bar finish simply has a higher finish rate at the higher level
Amazing video, thank you!
Dang I used to train with Choi in Santa Barbara when I think he was at USCB
Lcl popped trying to play with this move today!
How
Awesome video
I love this technique but it's a struggle to get there in the gi
Hahaha for both parties, thats alot of face scraping
I often do a triangle when in this position
The cameraman needs to move around so we can see better angles
