Limiting beliefs....somewhere your conscious mind is cancelling your thoughts, just start with something simple everyday.....affirm in the morning "I'm always going to have the best day ever, I attract abundance and goodwill" and at night no matter how your day goes affirm "I'm fully content with my day and I'm grateful to have such an amazing life, I expect better days ahead of me".....they are helpful in slowly changing your mindset for complex visualisation and their fruitful implementation.....baaki tumhe kaam toh karna padega visualisation sirf ek zariya hai
