Hi, I resell and only use Royal Mail. They track everything. Why do you use evri? They’re more expensive and don’t have a human you can speak to when they lose your parcel.
@@piratedan2748 Standard parcels with Royal Mail are not tracked.
It’s a type of ASMR video which people like and enjoy. ASMR people would love this video not just eBay resellers.

Get a wet sponge put in container it will save you putting your hands in your mouth when separating paper . The best vid of packaging I've seen.👏

Of course. Always get it right
I always print the eBay invoice but print it out on paper that I have already printed out my logo and a thank you note. I also print a second copy invoice on scrap paper and stick it to the parcel when it has been packed and scribble the weight on there. I post using the eBay Royal Mail postage and when I have posted parcels I clip the receipts to the daily copy invoices so it is easy to find the details if a parcel goes missing. I use label sheets on my normal printer as usually only send out 6-8 parcels at a time so haven't bothered buying a thermal printer yet.

Hi, Thanks for the video. I wanted to ask you mention you use evri. How do you send your parcels? Tracked? Courier collection? How much do you charge on average for post? I would love to see a postage video and process? You don't see many recent ones on RUclips. Would really help
All EVRI parcels are tracked and I drop at the parcel shops. Post charges depend on value of item. I usually charge a little bit more than it costs.
This brings back memories when I used to sell on eBay I used to get really bad backache standing anyway good videos keep up the content this is good keep doing them if you can

Thanks for following the channel. I use all the different sizes of poly bag. I don’t think there is a size I don’t have.
I use discount codes but have a website and it can only be used on there. The code gets used lots and over the years has saved me lots of money gaining customers to my website as ebay charge typically 14% in fees well my discount code on the website is 10% off. i also promote my socials on it

Chris I am still watching your video whilst working & just seen you pack the cap. Do you ever also wrap the box in a poly bag? I always worry that the courier will leave it outside somewhere and the box will get wet and the item soaked.
I would put it in a poly bag as well if I had frankenboxed it
Hi Chris, I too have often wondered as a Royal Mail user for parcels why only some of my parcels get scanned as delivered and the majority simply do not. Is it just down to whether or not the post-person (keeping away from MAN as it upsets people in the world today) can be bothered to scan it? Or is it because RM are too afraid to bring in mandatory scanning of parcels as they are delivered in case it is seen as putting extra work on the post-person and thus upsetting the Unions (no extra work without extra pay - all out!). Perhaps RM are trying to hold on to the rip-off (and hated by my customers) Recorded Delivery Service.
Imagine how much they would make. Scrap recorded delivery and track every parcel. They would gain so much business.
Royal Mail is tracked. I always buy my labels through the eBay page, it’s cheaper than evri and automatically updates the tracking to the buyer. I don’t understand why resellers still bother with evri? They’re scumbags.
Delivery confirmation and tracking are 2 different things.

I keep a little point n shoot camera on my desk and take quick snaps of anything fragile as I pack it.
