Really enjoyed this Pod Cast Chris and thanks so much for the helpful tips on how to spot a scammer. Can't believe you are almost at the end of series 3 already, time is going so quickly. We often talk about having a little second hand shop so that we can buy bigger items but we have been spoilt working from home and not having to travel somewhere everyday, its so flexible and being in a shop for several hours a day puts us off. I have business premises not shop front but more office I pay £275 pm and that’s all in rent rates electricity internet
It’s only 2 miles from me
Plus using lockdown I got a £15k grant which has helped

I'm not joking when I say 60% of things I buy from Vinted are damaged in some way. And a good proportion of those deals end up with the buyer accusing me of damaging the item and it either (1) not worth my while returning due to the cost or (2) Knowing Vinted wont have my back. I was done once (scammed) on shoes - they were only walking shoes - so I didn't expect it. But new account, shoes new with tags, no feedback, cheap..What was I thinking? I will say though to balance it up, when it's good it's very good.

I literally just had another nightmare purchase today. Bundle of hats “very good condition and some unworn” they arrived and they were shocking, I wouldn’t expect anyone to put them on their heads. Pic looked fine too.
