However, today, after Githurai 😢 (ooooh... 😢), after yesterday's disastrous speech, after so much loss of life, it remains a bold step in the right direction but does not suffice. Today, this speech needed to address the more important issue of the killings of our children. It needed to include individual responsibility for those who pulled the triggers and those who commanded them. It needed to confirm the start of concrete judicial processes against killers in the uniformed forces. It needed to focus on the pain of those who've lost young promising, valiant patriots who gave their lives for our freedom and our country. Today, without that, it is not enough.
