@@chewey3rd Yes. She mentioned in an interview that she is quite tired and wish she can wake up and not go to work (on a tennis court). It is almost the end of the season now
I’ve been loving hearing the Chinese crowds enthusiasm with their players. Only time of year they get to play at home really. They are very into the matches.
Definitely a top-flight performance from the professional Chinese tennis competitor. Zheng basically competes with self-confidence and credibility. She broadly maintains her shot choice in accordance with the equipoise and composure of the contest, concluding each combat with the miraculous winner points.
Three sentences and none of those have any sense whatsoever. Maybe save your comment on cricket, maybe you understand something about that even though tennis is too complicated for you... :/
Tennis is not for you obviously. In tennis, you have to build and know when to pull the trigger, it’s not like you have to attack all the time. You have to have the balance of defense and offense to able to win matches, attack on every shot will only lead to a quick death.
Are we watching the same matches? Lack of killer instinct? I see specular instinctive here constructed at 0:47 to serve down the T, attach the Cristian backhand with a high loopy forehand, while approaching the net to hit an overhead! Sometimes, "killer instinct" in tennis is more about making smart decisions, controlling the rally, and executing the right shot in the right moment, rather than overwhelming the opponent with power alone. Which I think Zheng has only been improving on since winning gold.
Great play by Sheenwen (that's probably the right way to spell her name) , but still she won't be able to win this tournament. she will not be #1 in WTA ever.
That stadium was packed. Zheng is a superstar.
Zheng is literally a Queen in China. She is so popular and can pack stadiums even in the early rounds. Hope she goes deep into the tournament.
Home court advantage definitely has its perks but it can also lead to a lot of pressure and stress.

@@chewey3rdno worries she is queen
Wow. Just shows how important a home favourite is to crowd size. There was nobody at the Sabalenka match, but this match was packed

I believe that was because tickets were given for free, to support Chinese player.
Nothing is free in China.
@@SK-se8poNo need yet because they have the hero queen
Happy 22nd birthday to you Qinwen
Te quiero Qinwen. ♡♡♡♡

Zheng starting another run.
Zheng has perfect technique with her forehand and backhand wow! Such an impressive athlete. Beautiful precision.
I'm not a big fan of hers but she does comport herself well on court and that backhand ... wow!
Congratulations Queen Zheng❤🎉
LOL round 2 with this many crowds.. so many Qinwen supporters 👏👏
It's great to compliment her 22nd birthday (October 8) with a win!
Congratulations and best wishes throughout the tournament Qinwen!
❤❤❤ Zheng.
03:32 How come this one is included in the HL?
i love both.
She IS A SUPERSTAR!!! They can not stop this ORIENT EXPRESS NOW!!
So proud of you.
Good job Zhang 🎉🎉
Superstar Queenwen💞
Super star is here
Shows how rest is so important for high level sports, Zheng was in rambles versing Muchova with next to no sleep the night before
Zheng has a nice exchange at the net after she wins a match. But when she loses she's as cold as ice.
This is common in women's tennis. I think WTA need to conduct courses to help the players to have a more friendly exchange at the end of the game
@@wahlokng5646 I agree with everything you wrote
Very common in the WTA its very different in the ATP.
let's be happy when we lose
I was going to mention this very thing.
❤
Queen Wen ❤❤
A close pronunciation of ZQW to Chinese would be: Jung Chin When.
☀
Cool stat: anytime Zheng faces Cristian in her first round, she won the entire tournament: Palermo Open, and Olympics.
No, it's not Cristian, it's Errani
@@desaili8074 OMG you're right!
What's with all the screaming in women's tennis?
when will they get rid of 2nd service rule?waste of tIme。 no other sports give you 2nd chance exept stupid tennis
Something missing in Zheng's game. She may be in need of a different coach. She won but making the same old mistakes.
Zheng doesn't have the killer instinct. She plays safe shots waiting for her opponents to make mistakes. This doesn't work on hard courts.

She actually won 70% of her hard court matches

Qinwen's father was there. Congratulations to Qinwen!
her mom and grandma were also there
No wonder she is a bona fide Queen in China. Every time she plays the stadium is packed
