The only difference between Annie and Mikasa for that fight, is that Annie is TRAINED to fight, Mikasa is BORN to fight. Annie is my favorite character, but I think Mikasa wins, for sure, if you don't count the titan power from Annie. Just a thought.
If we don't count Annie's titan powers, then we should not count Mikasa's ackerman powers. Both on their human form are a prowess in fighting and are levels above anyone else their age, but Mikasa has a cheat code because she's a titan in a human body. Annie is the one who is BORN to fight through training.
