My thing about recruiting is to get difference makers. Rankings don't mean much when you get a class of really good players. I'd hit on players that pose a real problem for the guys they are lined up across from. I know they're two sides to the coin and a 1000 other things that go into recruiting, but I like three 'best' over six really good.

Since the 2022 recruiting class ( 2022, 2023, 2024) Clemson has only signed 9 Top 100 recruits! In 2020 an 2021 Clemson signed 18! ! That is a substantial difference! An is exactly why the play on field has not been the same as 2018 - 2021!! Still better than most of NCAA an Clemson has always fell around Top 5 to Top 10!!
