A little tip for you and everyone reading the comments. When placing the smokers place campfires under it and the place the smokers and the smoke will go through. I know this works for Java, I'm not sure about Bedrock.

The build guidelines are off, I tried following you and when I got to 2:29 I realized my roof was off compared to yours

The glass is different on bedrock for some reason, in using the same texture pack tho

it won’t let me place flower pots on the trap doors at 13:30
Might not be possible on PE.
Use slab instead :)
Press and hold Left shift to crouch and you should be able to place it while you crouch.
